Editing with our presets requires the free Lightroom Mobile App or a Lightroom desktop version (OSX/Windows). If you don’t have Lightroom you can download it here.

Our presets are designed especially to help those with little editing knowledge to achieve a look similar to ours. All are neatly organised and labeled for speedy editing. Instead of fancy names we have labeled them describing their best use to help you choose the preset/pack you need. However, once downloaded you can just hover over and see which applies best to each photo.

Please, note not every preset will work for every photo as all photos and cameras are different, but these presets will give you a great base to start from which you can make a few adjustments to really nail those pics down. We are always happy to help you use the presets to the best of their abilities.

HOW DO I INSTALL THE PRESETS?

When we first started out we were frustrated with having to edit each photo separately every time and it was extremely time-consuming. These presets now save us time and give us a head start with future edits. We've spent countless hours tweaking, analysing and designing those presets in the last 2 years so we are very proud of them and their quality. We really couldn’t get by without these presets nowadays and have worked very hard on them so we can’t wait to hear how they work for you!

WHY DID YOU CREATE THIS PACK?

Anyone can use these presets. We designed them so that your photos would need as little adjusting as possible. Having presets is undoubtedly the fastest way to learn, a push in the right direction is all you need saving you so much time. These packs are also perfect for beginners that don’t yet know their style or people that want a wide range of variety and unique choices, same as for creative professionals because of their high quality.

WHO ARE THESE PRESETS PACK BEST FOR?

Yes, presets work fine on JPGs! However, we do recommend shooting in RAW when using our desktop presets as the RAW image format carries a lot more data and is therefore much more customisable than JPEG. Regardless our presets still work on both of these formats (RAW & JPEG) which includes iPhone or GoPro photos etc.

DO PRESETS WORK ON JPG PHOTOS?

The first presets packs will not stay at such low price. As we begin this journey of selling our own personal presets, we want to offer you crazy value!

WILL THE PRICE CHANGE?

WHAT PROGRAM DO I NEED TO USE THE PRESETS?

Yes, right after purchase you will receive an email with a download link. Please open that link with your computer only and follow the steps from the manual to import the presets to your Lightroom App or Desktop version.

ARE THE DOWNLOADS INSTANT? HOW DO I RECEIVE THEM?

Everything in our store is in EUR. If you're purchasing in a different currency that's still ok, your bank will convert the EUR into your usual currency.

WHICH CURRENCY DO YOU USE?

Due to the nature of the digital products we sell and the industry’s standards we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for any reason once presets have been downloaded. Please make sure that you have Adobe Lightroom® and that the version of your software is compatible with our products before proceeding with the purchase.

CAN I REFUND MY DOWNLOADED PRODUCTS?

Please check your junk folder first. But no worries - if it's nowhere to be found, please send your Order number to presets@passagepassport.com and we will figure it out.

I DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH THE DOWNLOAD LINK - WHAT TO DO?

Make sure you have updated Lightroom on your desktop to the most recent version. Desktop Presets are .xmp files. Mobile Presets are .dng files.

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW?

The presets packs we have for sale are all the same presets we use on our images. These are our personal favourite styles to edit with and we only sell presets that we use regularly and that we know will produce high quality results.

what ARE LIGHTROOM presets?

Lightroom presets are one click filters that transform your photos in seconds and make them look a certain way - same as you see on our Instagrams. Think of our every Instagram photo as a before & after!

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE MOBILE AND DESKTOP PRESETS? 

Although the desktop presets are compatible with all image types, they are primarily designed for RAW images taken on DSLR cameras and cannot be used on a mobile phone. The mobile presets are designed especially for JPEG images (iPhone/GoPro images etc) and are designed to be used as filters for those who want to edit quickly on the go. The mobile presets do not work on the desktop Lightroom.
